Refund policy

1. All-Sales-Final

Because our detergent sheets and pods are single-use, low-value consumables that cannot be resold once shipped, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue cash refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Failure to read product instructions

2. Quality Guarantee (Defects Only)

If your order arrives defective, damaged, leaking, or materially different from what you ordered, email hello**@lotusvida.com** within 7 calendar days of delivery and attach:

  1. Your order number;
  2. A clear photo or video of the problem;
  3. The shipping label.

Once verified, our sole remedy is a free replacement of the affected units (same SKU and quantity) or — if you prefer — store credit for the product value. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may discard defective items once we confirm the claim; we do not require you to mail them back.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before the order status reads “Fulfilled”: you may cancel for a full refund — simply email us or use the cancel button in your account.
  • After “Fulfilled”: the order is locked and falls under Section 2 (defects only).

4. Subscriptions (powered by Seal Subscriptions)

  • You can pause or cancel at any time through the customer portal link in each subscription email or via your LotusVida account page. sealsubscriptions.com
  • Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; charges already processed are final.
  • Pausing or cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund or reverse shipments already generated.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Consumable cleaning products
  • Promotional bundles and “free plus shipping” offers
  • Digital or physical gift cards
  • Subscription refills (except for defects under Section 2)

6. Shipping Errors

Received the wrong item or quantity? Let us know within 7 days and we’ll ship the correct products at no additional cost.

7. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (applies only when we ship to those regions)

If your order ships to an address in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided that:

  • The goods are unopened and sealed.

    For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal is broken (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16 e).EUR-Lex

  • You notify us in writing (email is fine) before the 14-day period expires.

  • You bear the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned, unopened goods, we will refund the product price and the least-expensive outbound shipping option we offered within 14 days to your original payment method, unless you expressly opt for store credit.

8. Gift Cards

Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable once delivered and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or province of residence still apply and prevail in the event of a conflict.
