We want your first pair to feel like it was made for you. Here's how to land the right size in about a minute, no guessing.
How to measure
Grab a soft tape or a piece of string. Measure your natural waist, about two inches above your belly button, then the widest part of your hips. Match your two numbers to the chart. That's the whole job.
Your size chart
These are body measurements, not the garment laid flat, so measure yourself rather than a pair you already own. Find the row your waist and your hips fall into.

XS through 2XL are the sizes you can order today. 3XL is on the chart because our supplier sews it, but we do not stock it yet. Inches are rounded from the centimetre measurements.
If you land between two sizes
- Take the smaller size for a snugger hold, the larger one for a more relaxed feel.
- Waist pointing to one size and hips to another? Go by your hips.
These numbers come from the factory that sews our pairs, taken on the body rather than off a garment laid flat. If the size you land on turns out wrong, email hello@lotusvida.com within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right. Our full-cycle guarantee covers your first order, and there is nothing to mail back.
A note on flow
This bikini style is made for a light to moderate day, around 20 to 30 mL, roughly three to four tampons' worth. Pair it with your usual protection on heavier days.
The right fit is only half of it
