Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at lotusvida.com and any other site, mobile app, email, social-media page, or online service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by LotusVida, Inc. (“LotusVida,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation headquartered at 74 East Glenwood Ave., Unit #5141, Smyrna, DE 19977 USA.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1 · Access and Account
- You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all such information is accurate and you have the right to provide it.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share or transfer your account.
2 · Our Products
We strive to display products accurately, but screen settings can affect colors or appearance. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Products are household cleaning consumables; they are not intended for ingestion or topical use on the body.
3 · Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when we dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, stock limits). Your purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Items are for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale or export.
4 · Prices, Billing & Subscriptions
- Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and import fees unless we state otherwise at checkout.
- Payment methods accepted include Shop Pay, Stripe-processed credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (availability varies by region).
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to promptly update it.
- Subscriptions (Seal Subscriptions). When you enroll, the payment method on file is charged automatically at the stated interval until you pause or cancel in your customer portal or by emailing hello@lotusvida.com at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Charges already processed are non-refundable except as required under our Return & Refund Policy.
5 · Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
6 · Intellectual Property
The Services and all content—text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, and code—are owned by LotusVida or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly provided. LotusVida trademarks may not be used without our written consent.
7 · Optional Tools
Any third-party tools offered through the Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Access at your own risk.
9 · Relationship with Shopify
LotusVida is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and LotusVida; Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any resulting claims. You expressly release Shopify from all liability arising out of your transactions with LotusVida.
10 · Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you provide may be shared with Shopify and processed in the United States, Canada, and other countries. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11 · Feedback
Any ideas, reviews, or suggestions you submit (“Feedback”) grant LotusVida a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt the Feedback for any purpose without compensation. You warrant that you own or control all rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
12 · Errors & Omissions
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We may correct or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
13 · Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:

15 · Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY LOTUSVIDA, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions, those disclaimers may not apply to you.
16 · Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTUSVIDA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LOTUSVIDA FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE.
17 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LotusVida, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
18 · Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
19 · Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms, including the policies they reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and LotusVida regarding the Services.
20 · Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
21 · Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
22 · Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23 · Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, notified via email. Updated Terms are effective on the date specified. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
