What size am I?
Measure your natural waist and the widest part of your hips, then match the chart on the product page. Between two sizes, go by hips: down for snug, up for relaxed.
How much does a pair hold?
20 to 30 mL, about three to four tampons. That's light-to-moderate flow, so think everyday layer or backup. Better you know now than on a heavy day.
Does the blood actually come out?
Yes. Enzymes break it down in cold water instead of masking it. No bleach. Lightly scented.
Sheets or pods?
Sheets for hand-washing at the sink: rinse a pair, soak it with one sheet for 20 minutes, rinse, hang. Pods for the machine: one pod, cold cycle. Skip fabric softener and the dryer either way.
Why buy the underwear and the wash together?
Two opposite jobs. The four-layer gusset catches and holds all day. In cold water with our detergent, those fibers let go of what they held. Ordinary detergent was built for neither.
What happens after my first order?
